Privacy Policy

GameHub 3D("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. Using the site means you accept the practices described here.

1. What we collect

  • Local game data.Personal bests, settings, and progress are stored in your browser’s localStorage. This never leaves your device.
  • An anonymous ID. A single cookie (gh_uid) holds a random identifier so submitted scores can be attached to your device across sessions. It contains no personal information and is not shared with anyone.
  • Scores and display name. If you submit a score, we store the value, the game, and your anonymous ID. If you choose a display name, it is stored alongside it and shown on leaderboards.
  • Technical logs. Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referrer, pages viewed — used for security and abuse prevention.

2. What we do not collect

We do not sell your data. We set no third-party tracking or advertising cookies. We do not request precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera access. There is no email list and no account sign-up.

3. How we use it

  • Run the games and keep your progress and personal bests.
  • Rank scores on leaderboards and match players into multiplayer rooms.
  • Detect cheating and abuse.
  • Understand which games get played, in aggregate, so the next one is better.

4. Third parties

The site runs on standard hosting and a managed Postgres database. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We share no identifying data with advertisers, because we do not run ads.

5. Children

GameHub 3D is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Clearing your browser data removes the local bests and the anonymous cookie, which fully disconnects you from any previously submitted scores. To have server-side rows deleted or exported, ask through the contact page.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
